Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers throughout their shopping experience
- Provide expert product advice and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Process customer transactions at point of sale
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and develop sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation, including regular replenishment and window displays
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the in-store assortment and luxury watch and jewelry brands carried
- Perform simple repairs on-site, including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Manage after-sales service inquiries and coordinate special orders
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct inventory controls
- Showcase the jewelry collection with enthusiasm and passion
