Qualifications
- Professional, polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and to convert interactions into sales.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High standards of reliability, discretion and attention to detail when handling stock and client information.
- Multilingual ability is advantageous; formal retail or hospitality training is a plus.
