Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients on watches and related accessories, delivering personalised service aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales follow-up with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand image.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and regular inventory counts.
- Build and maintain a client database, follow up on leads and coordinate appointments for VIP customers.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotions, in-store events and daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
- Availability for retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in France.

Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, ideally with direct exposure to watch or jewellery sales and luxury customer segments.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
