Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised sales advice and product demonstrations to clients across the watches assortment, converting enquiries into purchases.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and manage cash handling duties.
  • Maintain boutique standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory counts and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Provide after‑sales support by coordinating warranty, repair and service requests and maintaining client records.
  • Contribute to daily store opening and closing procedures and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth boutique operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing retail aptitude with a commercial mindset.
