Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised sales advice and product demonstrations to clients across the watches assortment, converting enquiries into purchases.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and manage cash handling duties.
- Maintain boutique standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory counts and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Provide after‑sales support by coordinating warranty, repair and service requests and maintaining client records.
- Contribute to daily store opening and closing procedures and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing retail aptitude with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in boutique sales or luxury retail, ideally with watches, jewellery or accessories.
- Strong numeracy and accurate cash handling; familiarity with POS workflow.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and ability to uphold brand visual and service standards.
