Role & Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales and achieve individual and store targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
- Advise customers on watch products, features and after-sales care; recommend complementary accessories to increase basket value.
- Build and maintain client relationships, manage clienteling records and support follow-up for repeat business.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld; maintain stockroom organisation and assist with stock replenishment.
- Participate in inventory counts, store openings/closings and basic administrative duties related to sales and stock control.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation with a commercial mindset and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong interest in watches, accessories or luxury goods; willingness to develop product expertise.
- Availability to work a 35-hour schedule including weekends and peak trading hours.
- Attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury/accessible-luxury retail environments; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (or equivalent); vocational training in retail or watchmaking/horology is a plus.
