Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to customers in a boutique environment; proactively build and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective merchandising of watch and accessory ranges.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across current collections and communicate technical features and after-sales care with confidence.

- Receive, inspect and replenish stock; perform inventory controls and support stock organisation and loss-prevention procedures.
