Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, high-quality client service and build long-term relationships through personalised clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross-selling of watches and accessories.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of timepieces and related items to explain features, craftsmanship and warranty terms.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle returns and repairs in accordance with store policy.
  • Maintain stock integrity: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, replenish displays and support loss-prevention procedures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in in-store training, promotions and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion (1–3 years preferred).

  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods.
