Louis Pion in Paris is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor (contract) for a 28h/week fixed-term role in watch retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalised customer service to boutique visitors and convert interactions into sales of watches and accessories.
  • Advise customers on product features, brand heritage and technical specifications to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and payment reconciliations accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and shop-floor standards to brand guidelines, including stock replenishment and window presentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, perform inventory controls and support receiving and back-office processes.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up, including warranty and repair coordination.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to promotional and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Strong customer-focus with demonstrated ability to close sales and exceed targets.
  • Flexible availability to work a 28-hour weekly schedule, including weekends; able to commit to a fixed-term contract (CDD) of approximately four months.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal communication in French.
  • Legal authorization to work in France.
