Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to clients at every stage of the sales journey, from greeting to after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions accurately and support stock replenishment and inventory audits.
- Develop and maintain a client database, schedule appointments and proactively cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Support boutique events, private client appointments and product launches; liaise with store management on daily priorities.
