Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client service: greet customers, qualify needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of watch collections and accessories.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across watch brands, movements and after-sales services to advise clients accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, exchanges and returns while ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards: ensure window and in-store displays meet brand guidelines and promotional directives.
- Manage stock flow: receive deliveries, replenish the sales floor, perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Build client relationships and participate in clienteling activities to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Assist with after-sales follow-up, warranty registrations and coordination with service/repair partners as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage a diverse clientele.
- Numerical accuracy and experience operating POS systems.
- Ability to work a 35-hour weekly schedule (CDI), including evenings and weekends as required by retail trading hours.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail sales is required; ideally one to three years in watches, jewelry or fashion retail. Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and experience with boutique client service are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in sales, luxury retail or watchmaking is desirable.
