Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele and build long-term client relationships (clienteling).
  • Contribute actively to sales generation by meeting individual and store targets through suggestive selling and cross-selling.
  • Support day-to-day store operations: operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and manage returns with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and window dressing to maintain brand presentation and seasonal floor sets to luxury standards.
  • Participate in inventory tasks including stock replenishment, stocktakes and merchandise receiving.
  • Complete assigned learning modules and on-the-job training components as part of the alternance/apprenticeship programme.
  • Prepare concise sales and client reports and communicate feedback to store management to optimise client experience.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance / work-study contract and currently enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher-education programme (sales, fashion, luxury retail, business).
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury goods, fashion and high standards of client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
  • Numerical accuracy and basic cash-handling proficiency.
  • Flexible availability to work retail schedules including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Ideally some prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; the role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career who are enrolled in an alternance/work-study programme and seeking structured on-the-job training in luxury retail.

Education

Currently enrolled in a vocational or higher-education programme relevant to sales, fashion, business or luxury retail (e.g., BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent); alternance/work-study eligibility required.
