Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised customer service and expert product advice to clients in a boutique environment
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client follow-up
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after‑sales queries using the store POS
- Maintain visual merchandising, boutique presentation and product availability to brand standards
- Build and sustain client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM follow-up
- Participate in stock management, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures
- Support store opening/closing routines and ensure compliance with operational processes
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, events and local marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing sales experience in retail (1+ years preferred)
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished client manner
- Interest in or basic knowledge of watches and timepieces; product training provided
- Flexible availability including weekends and some evenings
- Right to work in France
