Galeries Lafayette seeks Regional Technical Attaché in Paris. Oversee multi-site maintenance operations with 10+ years' experience and HVAC/electrical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany store technical teams in implementing and executing maintenance actions, from operational tracking to intervention planning and contractor coordination
- Organize and conduct regular site visits to ensure optimal functioning of all technical installations
- Supervise execution of maintenance contracts in compliance with approved budgets and the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan
- Plan, monitor, and oversee technical works, ensuring their completion and quality reception
- Maintain and update all technical and regulatory documentation for store facilities
- Participate in regulatory compliance testing and resolution of deficiencies issued by safety commissions, inspection bureaus, and insurers
- Prepare for and attend safety committee meetings to ensure adherence to group procedures and regulatory obligations
- Generate reports on interventions and site visits, maintain administrative file management, and prepare budget forecasts
- Fulfill delegated owner representative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with group procedures and regulatory requirements throughout all work phases
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 qualification in maintenance or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar technical role, ideally as a Regional Technical Attaché
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in electrical systems and air-conditioning/HVAC
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations applicable to commercial retail establishments (ERP)
- Proven ability to manage multi-site technical programmes and contractor relationships
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control in facilities management

Experience
Minimum 10 years in a comparable technical maintenance role, preferably as a Regional Technical Attaché responsible for multi-site facilities oversight, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.
Education
Baccalauréat +2 in maintenance engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent technical knowledge.
