Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement and supervise operational standards and procedures across the Rhône‑Alpes region to ensure consistent client experience and brand presentation.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for multiple stores/hubs, including opening/closing protocols, inventory flow and visual merchandising alignment.
- Lead regional projects (process improvements, store openings/relocations, systems rollouts) from planning through execution and post‑implementation review.
- Manage operational budgets and contribute to regional P&L monitoring, cost control and resource allocation.
- Act as primary liaison between retail teams and central functions (logistics, merchandising, HR, finance) to resolve operational issues and escalate as required.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions to drive performance and compliance.
- Recruit, coach and develop store managers and operational staff; foster cross‑store best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to security, health & safety and regulatory requirements across all locations in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail operations management, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi‑site teams and cross‑functional projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to regional budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.

Typically 5+ years in retail operations with at least 3 years in a management role; prior exposure to luxury or high‑end retail environments and responsibility for multiple sites is strongly preferred.
Education
