Role & Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies and candidate profiles in collaboration with store and head office managers across fashion and luxury divisions
- Coach and professionalize managers in recruitment best practices
- Execute multi-channel sourcing initiatives and candidate screening
- Conduct recruitment interviews and manage candidate selection processes
- Deliver weekly HR reporting and track key recruitment performance indicators
- Administer and optimize recruitment budgets
- Implement tools and systems to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Monitor and ensure successful employee onboarding and integration
- Write, format, and distribute internal communications and company updates
- Coordinate, produce, and disseminate monthly internal newsletters
- Drive HR policy visibility on social media, highlighting employee spotlights and internal mobility success stories
- Build and enhance employer brand reputation in collaboration with Groupe Galeries Lafayette
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or university programme at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level
- Proven experience in recruitment within a retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
