Galeries Lafayette seeks a Qualified Client Advisor – IPO in Paris. Manage partner registrations, commissions, and disputes for incoming tour operators in a luxury retail environment. Part-time CDI.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and orient incoming tour leaders and tour operators to the dedicated IPO service area, addressing their needs for registration, payment, disputes, and other procedural inquiries
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on registration procedures, service standards, URSSAF compliance requirements, and store offerings to business partners
  • Collect, verify, and organize partner documentation to construct complete and compliant registration files
  • Enter and manage partner information into SAP and other designated systems to ensure accurate and timely registration
  • Process and archive all partner documentation according to internal protocols and URSSAF regulatory requirements
  • Explain commission calculation methodologies and payment procedures to partners
  • Generate and prepare necessary commission documentation, transfer requests, and supporting materials required for payment processing
  • Issue billing requests for tour operator partners and transmit them to relevant departments
  • Receive, log, and resolve straightforward disputes from business partners
  • Conduct research across multiple departments (accounting, treasury, tax refund, client services) to investigate complex dispute cases and escalate to management as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (conversational level minimum); proficiency in a third language is advantageous
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with an ability to build trust and deliver personalized solutions
  • Proven adaptability and strong problem-solving orientation
  • Reliable team player with collaborative spirit
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service and facility standards
  • Proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications
