Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end procurement projects for non‑merchandise categories serving the store network (fixtures, services, store equipment and operating supplies).
  • Draft and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), collect quotations and perform comparative analyses to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinate supplier selection, contracting and onboarding in collaboration with legal, compliance and stores teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables; escalate risks and propose mitigation measures to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on order status, deliveries and post‑installation support across stores.
  • Prepare regular reporting and spend analyses to track savings, KPIs and supplier performance.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (store operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of store projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardisation of processes and documentation of procurement workflows.

Qualifications
