Product Owner Internship at Galeries Lafayette in Paris. Support CRM transformation for the Haussmann store. BAC+4/5 candidates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Owner in analyzing B2B CRM requirements for the international Haussmann store direction
- Conduct business needs analysis with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities
- Draft functional and technical specifications for the new CRM application
- Design and prototype the CRM solution using Vibe Coding technology
- Collaborate with development and production teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support user adoption and training initiatives for the new CRM tool
- Monitor deployment progress and ensure successful go-live execution
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+4 or BAC+5 programme (4th or 5th year of higher education)
- Proficiency in AI technologies and Vibe Coding
- Strong analytical and synthesis mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide teams through tool adoption and change management
- Understanding of CRM principles and B2B operations preferred
Skills
Experience
Academic project experience in product management, digital transformation, or CRM systems is advantageous. Any exposure to business process analysis or requirements gathering would be beneficial.
Education
Minimum BAC+4 (4 years of post-secondary education); BAC+5 (5 years of post-secondary education) preferred. Relevant coursework in product management, information systems, business analysis, or digital innovation is desirable.
