Role & Responsibilities
- Populate, maintain and enrich product information across the Product Information Management (PIM) system and related platforms to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Compile and maintain regulatory documentation and technical files (materials, composition, care labels, country of origin) to ensure compliance with applicable textile, safety and labeling regulations.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, quality and production teams to collect specifications, bill of materials and approval documentation required for product launch.
- Perform data quality checks, classification of articles and corrective actions to resolve inconsistencies or missing attributes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of compliance updates across product ranges.
- Support audits and internal reporting by preparing required product dossiers and responding to compliance inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion/Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, Chemistry or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated aptitude for data accuracy and documentation.
- Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Proactive attitude, capacity to learn regulatory frameworks relevant to textiles and consumer goods.
