Product & Supplier Referencing Intern at Galeries Lafayette, Paris. EUR 1,300–1,500/month, ERP/PIM systems, data management internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Input and create product records with technical attributes, descriptions, visuals, pricing, dimensions, and logistics data including weight, EAN codes, and customs nomenclature
- Enrich product data by collecting and updating information within ERP/PIM systems
- Develop and maintain supplier master files with administrative and logistics information
- Clean duplicate supplier records and update contact details, commercial terms (free shipping thresholds, delivery lead times), and pricing grids
- Process purchase orders and allocations based on created data, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams, and monitor fulfillment
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for all referencing and ordering processes
