Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate store remodelings and openings, including project tracking, target plan construction, and timeline development
- Collaborate with senior buyers to enhance in-store performance and serve as liaison between sales management, operations teams, and procurement
- Support digital transformation initiatives as the point person for the Men's division, monitoring online growth and market results
- Provide analytical support to the Procurement Director, including performance analysis following store openings or remodelings and profitability assessments
- Develop and present strategic business communication materials and presentations
- Coordinate between the director, buyers, and other departments including sales development and merchandising
- Participate in building and executing commercial strategy through quantitative and qualitative performance analysis, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, and action plan development
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, fashion school, or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused mindset with ability to develop trust and provide personalized solutions
- Results-driven orientation with ability to lead teams toward business objectives
- Preferred: prior experience in merchandising planning, procurement, or product marketing

Ideally some prior exposure to merchandising planning, procurement operations, or product marketing; entry-level candidates with strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen are encouraged to apply.
