Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team with purchase order creation, follow-up and supplier confirmations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, internal workshops and logistics partners to ensure on-time receipt of components.
  • Assist with supplier relationship management, including routine communication and documentation control.
  • Update and maintain data within the ERP system (purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier records).
  • Analyse lead times, order fulfilment performance and basic procurement KPIs; prepare regular reports for the team.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with production, quality and planning to resolve supply disruptions.
  • Support incoming goods quality checks and escalate non-conformities to purchasing and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to transactional work.
  • Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheet analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfortable learning ERP workflows.
