Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing installations throughout the store
- Coordinate and oversee external contractor interventions for specialized plumbing work
- Execute work requests through the internal software system
- Establish and maintain detailed maintenance reporting procedures
- Manage plumbing materials and parts inventory
- Participate in technical inspections and follow-up assessments
- Contribute to interdepartmental maintenance initiatives as required
