Luxury fashion house — Paris seeks Personal Stylist (PAP Femme). Full-time role delivering private styling and personal shopping to VIP clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling and private shopping appointments for high-net-worth and VIP clients, tailoring selections to individual tastes and occasions.
- Manage client relationships end-to-end: prospecting, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and aftercare to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Prepare and execute wardrobe consultations, lookbooks and curated selections for in-store or at-home fittings.
- Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising and showroom teams to ensure product availability, presentation and accurate client reservations.
- Coordinate fittings and alterations with tailoring teams, ensuring flawless garment presentation and timely delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through cross-selling and client development.
- Maintain accurate client records, preferences and purchase history using brand CRM; ensure discretion and data privacy.
- Represent the maison with impeccable presentation and professional discretion at client events, trunk shows and private viewings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, personal shopping or private client styling, preferably within womenswear ready-to-wear.
- Proven track record of developing and sustaining relationships with high-net-worth clientele and meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional visual sensibility and deep knowledge of fit, fabric and seasonal styling trends.
- Fluent verbal communication and polished interpersonal presence; discretion and cultural sensitivity essential.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital appointment systems preferred.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering personalised styling or personal shopping services within a luxury fashion or high-end retail environment, preferably focused on women's ready-to-wear.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, styling, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
