Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers through a personalized shopping experience
- Develop and exceed sales targets through consultative selling of luxury fashion, beauty, jewelry, watches, and complementary services
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain accuracy in all financial transactions
- Maintain the sales floor through merchandising, product displays, stock replenishment, and adherence to visual standards
- Build and cultivate long-term customer loyalty through relationship management and personalized follow-up
- Champion the Galeries Lafayette brand values and foster client engagement through passion and professional excellence

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or personal styling
