Role & Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke styling and wardrobe consultancy for high-net-worth and VIP clients, including in-boutique and private appointments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups and personalised client dossiers.
- Deliver private shopping experiences, curate seasonal looks and prepare tailored lookbooks and outfit proposals.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations and bespoke requests with ateliers and tailoring teams; ensure perfect presentation and fit.
- Collaborate with boutique teams, visual merchandising and wholesale to ensure product availability and tailored assortments for clients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records and confidential preferences; uphold the highest standards of discretion.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and by converting appointments into purchases.
- Represent the maison at client events, trunk shows and private viewings as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, personal shopping or private styling (typically 3+ years).
- Deep knowledge of luxury brands, product categories and seasonal trends.
- Polished, professional presentation with proven aptitude for client relationship management and sales conversion.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional ethics when handling VIP clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage (French, Italian, Mandarin depending on market).
