Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize merchandise presentation according to established visual guidelines, ensuring attractive and compliant product displays across assigned departments
- Prepare and stock merchandise on sales floors while applying loss prevention protocols and security measures to protect inventory
- Welcome, advise, and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and emotionally intelligent client engagement
- Facilitate sales transactions, process payments, and manage post-purchase customer relations including handling inquiries and complaints
- Share brand values and storytelling with customers, proposing curated solutions tailored to individual client profiles and style preferences
- Monitor key performance indicators and commercial results, identifying trends and contributing to strategic commercial initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market observation to inform merchandising and sales strategies
- Supervise integration of new team members and provide ongoing coaching to Personal Stylists on sales techniques and client relationship management
- Participate in commercial animations, promotional events, and product launches while adhering to health and safety protocols
- Contribute to inventory management including stock counts, verification of product conformity, and organization of storage areas
- Lead team activities and foster collaborative dialogue among staff to achieve shared commercial objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in personal styling and luxury fashion consulting
- Proven track record in high-end retail sales and client relationship development
- Strong understanding of contemporary fashion trends and styling principles
- Ability to manage multiple customer profiles simultaneously with sophisticated consultative approach
- Experience with retail merchandising systems and visual presentation standards
