Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and onboard high-net-worth clients according to departmental service protocols, actively promoting the store, its brands, and personalized services
- Conduct pre-sale telephone consultations to identify client needs and curate tailored product selections with expert styling guidance
- Orchestrate product presentation and visual merchandising to enhance desirability and sales conversion
- Execute sales consultations with refined listening skills, needs assessment, and personalized product recommendations aligned with luxury service standards
- Facilitate transactions including payment processing, tax-free services, packaging, and coordinated deliveries or shipments
- Maintain accurate client records and activity reporting within the internal database
- Manage and develop personal client portfolio through proactive relationship nurturing, special attentions, event invitations, and exclusive private sales access
- Deliver remote client experiences including live shopping sessions, distance sales, and wish-list services in accordance with departmental rhythms and protocols
- Escalate client disputes or operational issues to management
Qualifications
- Academic training in fashion and styling
- Proven luxury retail sales experience in a boutique or high-end environment
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion trends and styling consultation
- Thorough knowledge of high-net-worth client expectations and behaviors
- Proficiency in English at conversational level (minimum); a third language highly valued
- Customer-centric orientation with ability to build trust and deliver personalized solutions
- Adaptability and action-oriented problem-solving mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum several years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably within personalized styling, concierge services, or high-end fashion retail.
Education
Academic training in fashion, styling, or related luxury retail discipline.
