Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day boutique and back‑office operations to ensure a seamless client experience and optimal stock flow.
- Manage inventory processes including deliveries, stock reconciliation, transfers, returns and periodic stocktakes.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse teams and central operations to schedule shipments, resolve discrepancies and expedite replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards to inform local decision-making and support loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven operational aptitude with 1–3 years' experience in retail operations, logistics or distribution; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capacity to liaise across store, logistics and corporate teams.
- Fluent French required; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
