Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day logistics and warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound distribution.
  • Manage carrier relationships, transport scheduling and customs/export procedures to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation processes; oversee cycle counts, stock adjustments and root‑cause analysis.
  • Define, monitor and report operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, lead times, costs) and implement corrective actions.
  • Own WMS and ERP operational processes, ensuring correct master data, transaction flows and system‑driven controls.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S, process standardisation) to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary operations team; manage workforce planning and shift organisation.
  • Control logistics budget, manage freight and warehousing costs and support annual planning cycles.

Qualifications

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven managerial experience in warehouse or distribution operations within retail, fashion or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, picking, packing, shipping) and logistics compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver performance improvements using data, KPI tracking and continuous improvement methods.
  • Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.
