Confidential luxury brand — Paris: Operational Logistics Manager. Lead warehouse, distribution and inbound/outbound logistics for an international fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day logistics and warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound distribution.
- Manage carrier relationships, transport scheduling and customs/export procedures to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Drive inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation processes; oversee cycle counts, stock adjustments and root‑cause analysis.
- Define, monitor and report operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, lead times, costs) and implement corrective actions.
- Own WMS and ERP operational processes, ensuring correct master data, transaction flows and system‑driven controls.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S, process standardisation) to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Recruit, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary operations team; manage workforce planning and shift organisation.
- Control logistics budget, manage freight and warehousing costs and support annual planning cycles.
Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven managerial experience in warehouse or distribution operations within retail, fashion or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, picking, packing, shipping) and logistics compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver performance improvements using data, KPI tracking and continuous improvement methods.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive logistics or supply chain experience with at least 2 years in a people management role, preferably within retail, fashion or luxury goods distribution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
