Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-standard client service across all channels (in-store, telephone, e‑commerce and social), ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Manage omnichannel order lifecycles including click & collect, ship‑from‑store, home delivery coordination and returns/exchanges with accuracy and speed.

  • Operate POS and related retail systems to process sales, payments, receipts and loyalty transactions in line with company procedures.
  • Control stock levels on the shop floor and backroom, support inventory replenishment and participate in stocktakes.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect seasonal directives and promote commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with store and digital teams to fulfil KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value) and implement promotional initiatives.
