Leading luxury brand in Paris is hiring an Omnichannel Sales Associate (full-time) to deliver client service across store and digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across store, phone and digital channels to protect and grow client relationships and loyalty.
- Process omnichannel orders (click & collect, ship-from-store, returns and exchanges) accurately and in line with brand procedures.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction handling, invoicing and post-sale follow-up.
- Manage stockroom operations and inventory accuracy, receive and process deliveries, and support replenishment and transfers.
- Execute branded visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to luxury retail specifications.
- Use CRM and clienteling practices to prospect, retain and reactivate clientele; log interactions and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with e‑commerce and store teams to resolve client enquiries, fulfilments and service escalations.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanour and proven aptitude for high-touch client service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with discerning clientele.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail for cash-handling, order processing and stock control.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks; adaptable to shifting omnichannel demands.
- Fluency with digital sales flows and ability to learn POS and order-management tools quickly.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium-brand environments, with demonstrated exposure to omnichannel operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
