Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless client experience across physical and digital channels, advising clients in‑store and via phone or digital messaging.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using in‑store POS systems and comply with cash/payment procedures.
- Manage online order lifecycle: pick/pack/prepare click‑and‑collect orders, coordinate shipments and process returns in the OMS/CRM.
- Build and maintain client records in the CRM; perform personalized clienteling and follow up to nurture long‑term relationships.
- Support stock management: conduct stock counts, replenish the salesfloor, coordinate stock transfers and report discrepancies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with brand directives.
- Contribute to daily sales targets and participate in promotions, product launches and client events.
- Escalate service issues and liaise with store management, e‑commerce and logistics teams to resolve customer matters promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven client‑facing experience in retail or hospitality, preferably within the premium or luxury sector.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with ability to meet individual and store targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging high‑net‑worth clients.
- Organised, numerate and attentive to detail when handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; ability to work a full‑time schedule.

Experience
