Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across in-store, phone and digital channels to cultivate long-term relationships and drive sales.

  • Manage omnichannel order fulfilment activities: click & collect, ship-from-store, in-store returns for e‑commerce, and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM / clienteling platforms; execute targeted outreach and follow-up to convert prospects and encourage repeat business.
  • Support store merchandising and visual standards to reflect brand identity and optimise product presentation for both walk-in and online discovery.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate with inventory teams to replenish items and resolve availability issues.
  • Meet and report against sales KPIs and participate in regular briefings with store leadership and e-commerce partners to align on business objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by articulating product provenance, materials and craftsmanship to high-value clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer-facing retail experience; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Comfortable using digital sales tools and CRM platforms; numerate with accurate cash and transaction handling.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; authorised to work in the job country.
