Luxury fashion house in Paris seeks an Omnichannel Sales Apprentice (alternance) to support in‑store and online client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised customer service in‑store and via digital touchpoints, fostering long‑term client relationships.
- Support omnichannel operations including click & collect, ship‑from‑store, online order fulfilment and returns processing.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and manage cash and payment reconciliations.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, perform inventory counts and assist with replenishment and store transfers.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
- Assist with CRM and clienteling activities: capturing client data, scheduling follow‑ups and supporting loyalty initiatives.
- Support sales reporting, basic administrative tasks and collaboration with e‑commerce and logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme in retail, commerce, e‑commerce or related field (e.g. BTS, Bachelor).
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
- Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with variable schedules.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning POS/CRM systems; aptitude for basic numeracy and cash handling.
- Positive attitude to teamwork, willingness to learn, and interest in fashion and luxury retail.
