Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across sales, after‑sales and clienteling activities to build long‑term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Actively engage with clients on the sales floor and via omnichannel touchpoints (telephone, e‑mail, social/CRM) to manage appointments, enquiries and follow‑ups.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and cross‑selling of complementary categories.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, manage refunds/exchanges and ensure accurate cash and card handling.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and visual merchandising to maintain boutique standards and product presentation.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and event execution when required.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing experience in retail; experience within a luxury or premium environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑first demeanour and strong commercial awareness.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and basic retail IT tools; numerate and detail‑oriented when handling transactions and stock.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends and during seasonal peak periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; 2+ years preferred for immediate autonomy on the sales floor.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or commerce preferred.
