Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients across in‑store and appointment channels, building long‑term relationships and clienteling records.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product storytelling and upselling complementary items.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system and manage all sales transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards to reflect brand identity.
- Perform stock handling duties including receiving, replenishment, tagging and periodic inventory counts.
- Provide after‑sales service and manage client queries or complaints in a professional, solution‑oriented manner.
