Role & Responsibilities
- Assist project managers during critical stages of collection design, presentation, and launch within the upstream merchandising team
- Support the deployment of new merchandising frameworks designed for private label and multi-brand retail environments
- Update existing merchandising tools and participate in the development of new resources tailored to Ready-to-Wear and Fashion Accessories markets
- Participate in the creation, layout, and distribution of generic and seasonal merchandising books
- Contribute to the drafting of visual merchandising briefs and toolkits for all stakeholder teams from design through field execution
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Demonstrated ability to learn with agility and embrace new challenges
- Action-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Collaborative approach with natural tendency to seek input and participation from colleagues
Skills
Experience
Students or recent graduates with interest in merchandising, retail, or fashion are encouraged to apply. Previous internship or retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Commerce, Fashion, Retail Management, Merchandising, or related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,500 per month.
