Confidential luxury brand seeks Merchandise Flow Manager in Clermont-Ferrand to manage stock flows, replenishment and logistics for regional boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise end-to-end merchandise flows from receiving and distribution to store replenishment and returns across the assigned region.
  • Coordinate daily inbound/outbound logistics with warehouses, carriers and regional stores to ensure on-time deliveries and stock accuracy.
  • Manage replenishment processes, transfer requests and inventory allocation according to sales performance and merchandising priorities.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, lead times, shrinkage) and produce regular reports for merchandising and operations leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, planning, store operations and supply-chain teams to align product launches, visual resets and promotional flows.
  • Implement and drive continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, minimise stockouts and optimise transport and handling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with brand presentation and quality-control procedures during receiving, handling and inter-store movements.
  • Supervise or coordinate with on-site logistics staff and external providers; manage day-to-day escalations and operational incidents.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail logistics, inventory management or merchandise flow coordination within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable experience managing replenishment processes and operational KPIs across multi-site retail networks.
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort manipulating data to inform stock decisions and forecast short-term needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate with buying, stores and third-party logistics.
  • Fluency in French with professional working proficiency in English preferred (oral and written).
