Galeries Lafayette is hiring a Menswear Sales Advisor in Biarritz on a permanent contract, either 35 or 24 hours per week. The role spans the customer journey from welcome to checkout and includes sales, payment processing, sales-floor management, merchandising, replenishment and customer loyalty; compensation includes fixed pay over 13 months, variable pay and group benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Grow revenue by selling products and services.
- Process customer payments.
- Manage the sales floor, including merchandising, maintaining the department and replenishing stock.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Oversee the customer journey and satisfaction from initial welcome through checkout.
