Galeries Lafayette is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, supporting operational marketing projects for Louis Pion and Galeries Lafayette Royal Quartz. The role covers retail activation campaigns, merchandising for in-house and national brands, point-of-sale materials and boutique visits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operational Marketing Project Manager on projects for Louis Pion and Galeries Lafayette Royal Quartz.
- Support the development and rollout of retail activation campaigns, from the graphic production process through in-store implementation, including researching campaign formats, liaising with graphic designers, coordinating communications and preparing tools for the store network.
- Assess merchandising displays for in-house watch and jewellery brands, including point-of-sale information, display stands and merchandising tools, and draft guidance books for the store network.
- Support the creation of point-of-sale and in-store information materials and customer-facing communication materials to highlight products and services in the boutiques.
- Coordinate updates to national-brand in-store information across the retail network and track requirements for display stands and fittings.
- Carry out merchandising work during boutique visits.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at Bac +3 level or higher, with a specialisation in operational marketing.
- Self-reliant, proactive and agile, with a genuine interest in retail.
- Able to liaise between purchasing teams and boutiques to enhance the in-store offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a cooperative approach.
