Galeries Lafayette seeks Marketing & Loyalty Program Intern in Paris, France—support performance campaigns, customer loyalty optimization, and retail strategy across luxury divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead in defining and coordinating 360° commercial offerings and campaigns
- Conduct performance analyses of commercial operations (Private Sales, beauty operations) and deliver strategic recommendations
- Analyze customer behavior patterns in the beauty category to develop personalized action plans in coordination with local marketing stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform performance and loyalty team intelligence
- Independently manage assigned marketing initiatives within defined scope
- Support Project Lead in managing loyalty program operations and execution
- Oversee loyalty tool evolution and tracking from end-to-end
- Track VIP customer gifting programs and special client recognition initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Service and store teams to resolve complex customer cases
- Update loyalty program communications across physical stores and digital platforms
- Contribute to annual loyalty tier status updates and program refinements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Bac +5), or equivalent fourth-year commercial program
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from quantitative data
- Previous marketing, CRM, customer relations, or loyalty program internship experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional teams and operate across headquarters, retail, and digital environments
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Curiosity about luxury retail and competitive market dynamics

Experience
First internship experience in Marketing, CRM, or Customer Relations/Loyalty teams is preferred; however, strong candidates demonstrating analytical capability and retail acumen will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Bac +5); Bac +4 candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,500 per month.
