Groupe Galeries Lafayette seeks a Marketing & Data Intern in Paris for a 6-month position starting July 2026, analyzing campaigns and trade performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the Commercial Action Plan (PAC) calendar, analyzing performance metrics and proposing strategic optimizations
- Design and implement trade marketing mechanics, track weekly performance reporting, and conduct post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations
- Manage the 360° CRM schedule in alignment with marketing animations and commercial updates across brands and retail channels
- Develop creative briefs for CRM campaigns (newsletters, SMS, mailings) and coordinate execution with creative agencies
- Analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data insights into strategic marketing recommendations
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across promotional activities, trade mechanics, and customer loyalty programs
- Identify differentiation opportunities through market analysis and performance comparison
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (Bac+4 or Bac+5) specializing in Marketing or Data
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated appetite for 360° marketing campaign performance analysis
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Process optimization mindset with the ability to implement efficient methodologies
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm and willingness to embrace new challenges
