Marketing & Data Intern at a Paris-based luxury fashion house — 6-month internship starting July in Paris, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital and CRM campaigns across email, social and paid channels.
- Collect, clean and analyze marketing and customer datasets to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly KPI reporting for acquisition, retention and e‑commerce performance.
- Contribute to segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation to improve ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Coordinate with creative, e‑commerce and retail teams to ensure campaign assets and timings are aligned.
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses: cohort analysis, attribution, LTV modelling and competitor benchmarking.
- Document processes and support the continuous improvement of data workflows and governance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrable experience manipulating data (Excel, SQL or similar).
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing concepts (CRM, paid media, social, e‑mail marketing) and basic familiarity with web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Autonomy, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
- French proficiency preferred; professional-level English advantageous.
