Luxury fashion house in Paris hires a Marketing & Data Intern for a 6‑month internship starting July.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution and performance analysis of marketing and digital campaigns across channels (email, social, digital advertising).
- Collect, cleanse and analyse campaign and customer data to produce actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs using BI tools and spreadsheets.
- Assist with CRM segmentation, campaign set‑up and audience analysis to optimise customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform briefings and creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (ecommerce, retail, product and creative) to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
- Prepare presentation materials and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects including A/B testing, attribution analysis and process documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a methodical approach to data and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate analysis into clear recommendations.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency preferred for a Paris‑based placement.
- Eligible for an internship placement (convention de stage) in France.

Experience
Previous internships or project experience in marketing, digital analytics, CRM or e‑commerce preferred; 0–2 years' practical experience is acceptable for an internship position.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics or a closely related discipline.
