Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor commercial statistics and key performance indicators, tracking variance against budget and providing strategic analysis
- Participate in monthly financial close processes and contribute to annual budgeting cycles and semi-annual budget revisions
- Generate and analyze financial results across all head office departments, reconciling performance data across distribution channels and brand portfolios
- Monitor implementation of action plans and respond to ad-hoc management requests
- Support the deployment of new financial management tools and systems to optimize reporting efficiency and analytical capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent third-cycle university qualification in audit and management accounting
- First professional experience or apprenticeship in a similar management accounting role, preferably in the retail sector
