Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations.
- Diagnose and repair faults, execute routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and suppliers for specialised repairs and installations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, basic ordering and proper storage of technical consumables and tools.
- Respond to urgent breakdowns and on-site emergencies to minimise operational disruption for boutiques or production sites.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and participate in site risk assessments.
- Support installation projects, periodic testing (e.g., safety devices) and small refurbishment works.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in building services, electromechanics, HVAC, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Certifications or training in electrical safety and working at heights preferred.
- Valid driver's licence for local travel and contractor coordination.
- Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience in building, retail or light-industrial maintenance; experience within retail, hospitality or luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
