Role & Responsibilities
- Extend personalized welcome and greeting to each client upon arrival
- Listen attentively to client needs and provide expert guidance within a bespoke sales framework
- Present and highlight the excellence of Cartier's product collections and introduce exceptional pieces
- Conduct client relationships (clienteling) through tailored support via digital tools and platforms
- Build and develop an individual client portfolio while implementing targeted CRM-driven initiatives
- Actively participate in daily boutique operations and visual merchandising
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service and client support requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar luxury retail or high-end service role
