Confidential luxury maison in Paris seeks a Luxury Sales Advisor to deliver personalised client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and core customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive outreach, bespoke advice and tailored selling.
- Provide expert product and styling guidance across the maison’s assortment, demonstrating deep knowledge of materials and craftsmanship.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up via the boutique’s clienteling/CRM tools to drive repeat business.
- Ensure impeccable boutique presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards and upkeep of display areas.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage returns, exchanges and after-sales requests.
- Support inventory control: receive and replenish stock, perform stock counts and communicate merchandising needs to management.
- Participate in private appointments, trunk shows and store events to extend the boutique’s client network.
